Flights are available to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) via a range of US gateway airports – such as JFK or Newark in New York, Boston Logan, Philadelphia, Chicago O’Hare, Atlanta or even Toronto (if you pick Air Canada – which often has some good deals). All of British Airways, KLM, Lufthansa, United, American and Delta fly these routes with numerous daily flights – although there are many other carriers operating who may also have good options available for you.
Accommodation will be available at local hotel partners with whom we are currently establishing a working relationship – costs are available on request, but we anticipate double rooms to be available at around $120 per night. You will probably not be in a position to confirm exact numbers of delegates (and thus specific rooming requirements) straight away – and I will forward accommodation options to you on request. We will transport you to and from your hotel – the cost is included in the fees.
Onward additional touring after the conference is recommended (but it is obviously up to you and your circumstances and the time frame available to you) – you may wish to take in some sightseeing in New York City or Washington DC (both just over an hour’s flying time away), whilst a day excursion to the Niagara Falls is also easy to do. In addition, the timing of the conference presents an excellent potential opportunity to visit some US Universities.
